The Full Story

Life is full of chapters that shape who we are, and sometimes those chapters include loss, transition, or challenges that feel too heavy to carry alone. I believe therapy can be a safe and transformative space where those challenges become opportunities for growth and healing.

Originally from Jamaica, I bring a multicultural perspective to my work, honoring the richness of each client’s cultural identity and lived story. For over a decade, I have supported the elder population through issues related to safety, aging, grief, health transitions, and caregivings, while also counseling those faced with trauma and major life adjustments.

My approach is integrative and rooted in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and client-centered perspective that values each person’s unique strengths and story. I believe in meeting clients where they are - with empathy, authenticity, and respect - while empowering them to build resilience, reconnect with their strengths, and move toward the life they truly envision.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family, exploring new places, and finding creative ways to bring balance and joy into everyday life.
