Hi, I’m Bhumi.

I am a Clinical Psychology doctoral student and soon-to-be Associate Professional Counselor (APC), and I work with children, teens, and young adults who are navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, and major life transitions.

I know starting therapy can feel vulnerable or even a little scary. My goal is to make it feel like a space where you can finally exhale, where you don’t have to perform, have answers, or hold everything together. You can show up exactly as you are.

My style is warm, real, and collaborative. I’m not here to “fix” you, but to help you understand yourself on a deeper level, identify patterns that keep showing up, and build coping tools that actually fit your life.

I believe healing happens in safe, honest connection, where you feel seen, not judged. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back and what it could look like to move forward feeling more grounded, confident, and aligned with yourself.

 I have experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults from diverse backgrounds, supporting them through challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral concerns, emotional regulation, self-esteem issues, family conflict, and life transitions. I strive to create a supportive and developmentally appropriate environment where clients feel comfortable expressing themselves and exploring their experiences. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself or your child, I am committed to meeting you where you are and working collaboratively to foster growth, resilience, and meaningful change
