The Full Story
Hi, I’m Elizabeth Ngo!
Life can be challenging, and sometimes we all need a space where we can slow down, process
what’s happening, and feel supported without judgment. Whether you’re feeling anxious,
overwhelmed, stuck in difficult patterns, navigating relationship challenges, or adjusting to a
major life transition, you don’t have to face it alone.
I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families, and I believe that therapy works best
when it feels like a genuine partnership. Together, we’ll explore what’s bringing you in, build on
your strengths, and develop tools to help you move toward the life and relationships you want.
My style is warm, collaborative, and authentic. I draw from evidence-based approaches
including CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Structural Family Therapy, and Play Therapy,
while tailoring treatment to your individual needs. My goal is to create a space where you feel
heard, understood, and empowered to create lasting change.
