Hello, I am a Clinical Mental Health Counselor passionate about supporting adults, older adults, and couples as they navigate life’s challenges with compassion and understanding. I draw from a variety of approaches—like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Narrative Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Positive Psychology—to tailor our work to your unique needs and goals. I help clients with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, OCD, relationship challenges, parenting, career decisions, life transitions, body image, and self-esteem. I also have a special heart for working with seniors and their families as they navigate the emotional and practical changes that come with aging. My goal is to create a warm, judgment-free space where you can identify your strengths, deepen self-awareness, and move toward more fulfilling and connected lives.
