Grounded in a client-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed perspective, I work with clients to foster self-understanding, emotional balance, and practical skills that support lasting growth.

My specialties include anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, grief, ADHD, life transitions, and relationship challenges. With a strong background in neuroscience research and a deep commitment to culturally responsive, evidence-based care, I strive to provide holistic, high-quality therapy tailored to each client’s unique needs.
